Rest in the healing embrace of the gongs at our All-Night Gong Puja, where we guide you through the transformative Full Strawberry Moon night during the Summer Solstice weekend. Experience the profound restorative benefits of gongs in this unforgettable sonic journey.

The All-Night Gong Puja is a unique sound immersion, where different symphonic, wind and planetary gongs will be played steadily throughout the night for 7.5 hours (equivalent to 10 x 45-minute back-to-back gong baths). This continuous sound experience is designed to shift blockages, facilitate powerful healing, and allow you to drift into a conscious sleep, awakening refreshed and realigned.

Facilitated by Martin Balance and Rhyannon Styles, both certified and experienced gong sound facilitators, this event will take place at the serene Sha-La Xberg Studios. Located in a church tower, the studio boasts remarkable acoustics, creating an ideal sacred space for sound healing.

As we celebrate the Summer Solstice and honour the light marking the beginning of the astrological summer, this is a magical time to set powerful intentions. The evening will begin with an opening solstice ceremony and meditation, followed by a continuous gong symphony throughout the night. At sunrise, you will be gently awakened in silence, accompanied by the delicate sounds of instruments, completing the journey.
