THE ART OF LETTING GO

This workshop offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to slow down, release, and make space for new possibilities. Through the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga, which works steadily to transform both body and mind, the nourishing vibrations of gongs and other musical instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of calm and renewal.
You’ll also experience the profound stillness of Yoga Nidra, a state of restful awareness. While resting comfortably, guided visualizations will help your body rest and recover, your mind settle and organize, and your heart open to clarity and peace.
This journey continues with practices designed to support meaningful release and alignment: MEDITATION to cultivate mindfulness and presence, APPRECIATION JOURNALING to foster gratitude and positivity, SELF-SABOTAGE ELIMINATION TECHNIQUE to identify and dissolve limiting behaviors, BREATHWORK to unlock and clear stagnant energy, and a deeply immersive GONG SOUND BATH to anchor your transformation.
Together, these tools will help you let go of old patterns and attachments that no longer serve you, paving the way for alignment with your highest potential. This workshop is a chance to reset, restore, and move forward with intention and grace.
